How We Make Clinical Trials a Success
TrialAdvance helps sponsor teams empower their trial sites to deliver superior performance. Our TrialAdvance Engagement-Training™, enhanced study strategy and support, and performance-accountability measures will elevate the quality of clinical trials for patients globally.

Changing the Paradigm
CEO Kathleen Drennan founded TrialAdvance specifically to tackle an enormous deficiency in the trial process — the performance of clinical trials at the site level. Her 25+ years of experience working with countless numbers of sites opened her eyes to the inefficiencies caused by the absence of relevant site training, clearly defined performance expectations, and meaningful site engagement.

These inefficiencies have led to the accepted industry practice of contracting one-third to one-half more sites than needed in anticipation of nonperformance. TrialAdvance is changing this paradigm by creating study excellence at the site level. Our goal is to eliminate this costly practice of “paying for nonperformance” and replace it with investment in training, support, and accountability measures.

Raising the Bar
At TrialAdvance, we combine our expertise with that of the sponsor team and sites to devise practical solutions for problems that disrupt and delay trials.

TrialAdvance has extensive clinical trial experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas and phases of research, including patient registries. Our expertise includes special populations such as children, women, the elderly, and diverse racial and ethnic groups.
